Is there any kind of procedure for Statutory Compliance for medium scale business?

Have you already registered your company? If you've registered your company, you need to comply with all rules in Company Act, 2013. If not registered, you better register your company. Just curious - what kind of medium scale business do you've? Is it an online business that can be done from home? Is there a factory and more than 10 employees? Do you know that you've to make a contribution to PF as employer? How many directors does your company have? If it has only one director, you'd have registered as OPC which calls for fewer compliances. Most of the compliances demanded of companies are w.r.t. financial auditing, reporting, payment of taxes and other dues to govt. agencies.others relate to capturing decisions made.
