I have started my own restaurant business, but I haven't a money backup to run my restaurant, so should I quit my job and run the business, or keep my day job?

1. Keep your day job. 2. Run the restaurant as a breakfast and dinner restaurant. 3. Have you identified the target customers? 4. Is it going to be for high end customers or normal middle class or lower income customers?
